St Stephen's Good Neighbour Project is all about the local church offering a listening ear and a helping hand to people in our community who are in need.
Through our team of volunteers, we can help with things like:
- Regular or occasional friendly visiting (e.g.social visits, a regular chat and cup of tea)
- English conversation
- Rearranging furniture to enable greater mobility (e.g. moving a bed downstairs)
- Garden clearances (one-off)
- One-off shopping for someone who has just returned from hospital
- Accompanying to appointments
